Each month we will be choosing a theme to focus on- this month the focus is shorter, higher intensity workouts as it's warming up and I realize you may be traveling. Now that we have a habit set, it's time to figure out your 2024 goal and zone in on how you can get there! It's so much easier to work towards a goal when you have accountability and motivation to do it! I'm here to help coach you throughout the month and provide all the help you need to succeed.
