4 weeks of custom training, 5 training splits per week

Demo videos for each exercise along with coaching cues for the entire workout

Access to Client only platform

Custom nutrition plan with weekly meal plan catered towards goals & will include new recipes, and 3-4 meals daily

1 zoom call monthly to go over goals & progress at the end of week 2

Biweekly email check in to adjust training, workouts, etc

Access to me for coaching the entire month
